Wake up refreshed with Somnaid Sleep Aid
Problems with Other Sleep Aids
As a licensed pharmacist for over 20 years, I know the side effects and dangers of both the prescription and non-prescription sleep medications. These products mainly sedate the patient but do not necessarily give them quality sleep that allows them to wake up feeling refreshed and energized. Prescription sleeping pills can be addictive and are difficult to wean off of after you take them for even a short period of time. Many people may also wake up with a high enough blood level to impair their driving in the morning which can be very dangerous. They can also cause sleepwalking, falling, amnesia, and strange behavior like sleep eating and sleep driving. Many times the common sleep medications cause the person to wake up feeling groggy and sluggish and are associated with daytime memory and performance problems.
